Beginning in the early 80s firms were continuously acquiring sold and joined with Maytag acquiring a number of along the road until in march 2006 the whirlpool business bought Maytag. This did not mean the finish of Maytag\’s apparatus production as both makes are still producing separate ranges of appliances under their very first names its merely that the managers of the organizations will likely be the same. A complete selection of front and top loading washing apparatus and dryers are still to be had from Maytag with the Neptune and centenary models incredibly well-liked. These could be obtained as matching sets or one piece washer dryer machines. The vertical stack design apparatus are as well still in production and there will likely be no campaign to bring to a halt producing any of Maytag household appliances so parts and service won't be a hindrance.
