I have a wool sweater that is two sizes bigger than expected. Im thinking of shrinking it, but I have never shrunken a wool item before and I wish to do it correctly. So how can I make sure I dont shrink my sweater to a lot inside the washer? Settings of the washing machine/dryer (i.e. water cold/hot etc)? The best way to agitate? How normally to check?
